THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE SPEECH COMPETENCE AMONG THE STUDENTS OF A TECHNICAL INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION DURING AN EXTRACURRICULAR WORK (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE OLYMPIAD)

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of the development of a foreign language speech competence during an extracurricular work among the students of a non-linguistic institution of higher education. The organizational and pedagogical conditions, providing the efficiency of the Olympiad and preparation to it as one of the forms of such work, and also the criteria of assessment, which are used to control the formation of a foreign language competence in various kinds of speech activity among future bachelors, are discussed.
