ALLUSIONS IN THE TEXTS OF MODERN ENGLISH LANGUAGE SONGS (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE TEXTS OF SONGS BY PINK)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of allusions in the texts of modern English language songs by the example of a popular American singer Pink in the genre of pop-rock and R&B. The more frequently met kinds of allusions in the texts of songs of this performer - allusions on social, political and religious (Biblical) facts with a various semantic and emotional coloring, are highlighted.
