THE ROLE OF EXPERIMENT WHILE CONDUCTING LEGAL AND LINGUISTIC EXPERTISE OF A CONFLICT TEXT

Abstract. The article presents the results of the experiment in the framework of which 500 informants were offered to evaluate a conflict text from the viewpoint of their possible reaction on it. The ambiguity of text perception by the recipients points at non-universality of this method while conducting linguistic expertise. The author comes to the conclusion that the fullest investigation of a conflictogenic text potential, which has become the object of legal and linguistic expertise, is possible only with consideration its pragmatic specificity, particularly, while considering the text in its interrelationship with the context: co-empirism, consituation and linguistic context proper.
