APPLYING "CASE-STUDY" METHOD IN TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE TO STUDENTS-LAWYERS OF A NON-LINGUISTIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. The article examines the possibility of using the method of active training "case-study" at the classes in a foreign language in the institutions of higher education; the stages of solving cases are given; the efficiency of applying this method is substantiated. "Case-study" is directed at the formation of interest to the studies and positive motivation among students-lawyers, it stimulates an independent acquisition of knowledge and experience of a professional activity.
