TRANSFORMATION OF FUNCTIONS OF THE INDEPENDENT KAZAKHSTAN’S PERIODICAL PRESS

Abstract. The article analyzes in detail the peculiarities of transforming Kazakhstan’s periodical press functions in the period of 1991-2015. The paper touches on the current problems of the whole Kazakhstan journalism which immediately influence the quality of its social role implementation. The creation of a new media-system at the expense of typological changes and popularization of new media immediately influenced the functions of Kazakhstan mass-media.
