SPEECH ACT "COMPLAINT" IN THE INTERNET DISCOURSE (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE GERMAN NETWORK JOURNAL)

Abstract. The article examines the functioning of a speech act "complaint" in the German network journals. Texts-complaints consist of the descriptive, explicative and evaluative components. The author focuses on the elements of the various types of narration, examines the motives for narration and provides an example of analyzing the text in which the speech act "complaint" is realized in the several aspects developed according to the opposition principle.
