THE MODELING OF THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ADOLESCENTS’ SPIRITUAL-MORAL QUALITIES BY MEANS OF ETHNO-PEDAGOGICAL RESOURCES OF ADDITIONAL MUSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract. The article reflects the modeling of the process of developing spiritual-moral qualities, folklore-performance abilities and skills, regional ethno-cultural knowledge of an adolescent by means of ethno-pedagogical resources in the conditions of additional musical education. The author’s pedagogic model presents an integration of structural, technological, criterion blocks and it is directed at the organization of the process of assimilation of the musical folklore and the formation of spiritual-moral qualities of the adolescent by means of reconsideration of traditional culture values. The technological component of the model implementation is the introduction of an experimental program "Musical Folklore", which allows developing spiritual-moral qualities of the adolescent based on the regional traditions of the musical folklore.
