MODERN APPROACHES TO TEACHING BACHELORS OF MASS MEDIA UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF REGIONAL MULTI-CULTURAL INFORMATION SPACE

Abstract. The article examines the basic approaches to teaching bachelors of mass media under the conditions of multi-cultural information space of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The author identifies the most efficient approaches and methods of teaching: a problem-based informational approach is considered as the most efficient when developing mass media students’ professional skills; a research project method serves to realize problem-based informational approach. The paper provides the examples of their usage when teaching bachelors.
