Abstract. The article attempts to identify the foundations and functional nature of the category of LIST, and also to define the logical structure, including intensional contexts. As a result of the study of the logical mechanisms of allocating the meaning within the framework of LIST the procedure of computing the semantic meaning of its parts and boundaries of its context is determined. Logical quantifiers of LIST, which allows combining extensional elements with intensional functionals are established. The prospects for applying this model are also determined.
