MODEL WITH SEVERAL HYPOTACTIC COMPLEXES AS A TYPE OF POLY-PREDICATIVE SENTENCE (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE ENGLISH POETICAL TEXTS)

Abstract. The article examines the second most frequent in the English poetical texts model of poly-predicative sentence with parataxis and hypotaxis, in particular, the construction consisting of several hypotactic complexes. The analysis of the sentences consisting of two hypotactic complexes indicates a tendency to increase as high as possible the length of one of the complexes where there is a second complex of a simple structure.
