Abstract. The article deals with interactive methods as a means of activization of educational and cognitive activity of undergraduate students of language specialization. The paper presents the main stages of using interactive methods. The authors give specific examples of their application in foreign-language practical classes. The article substantiates the use of interactive teaching methods to increase the level of foreign-language communicative competence of undergraduate students.
