PECULIARITIES OF THE PREDICATE AND THE SUBJECT COORDINATION IN THE KUMYK LANGUAGE

Abstract. The paper analyzes specific peculiarities of the predicate and the subject coordination in the Kumyk language that cause some difficulties in choosing forms of the predicate person and number in speech and writing. The author, basing on examples from literary works, folklore and observations on facts of speech, covers all the cases of the predicate and the subject coordination, specifies possible variations of their parallel use focusing on the semantic aspect.
