REPRESENTATION OF THE CYCLIC MODEL OF SPACE ORGANIZATION IN I. A. GONCHAROV’S NOVEL "THE PRECIPICE"

Abstract. This article analyzes the model of cyclic space as a means of the representation of characters’ reality in I. A. Goncharov’s novel "The Precipice". The paper considers the methods of the representation of space cyclization in the novel. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the units "cycling", "circularity" functioning in the text of the novel.
