Abstract. The article is devoted to the history of "Diocese Gazette" of Olonets province. The personalities of the editors, their work and contribution to the formation and development of the diocesan organ have not been studied yet. The staff of the diocesan gazette included teachers of theological schools of Petrozavodsk and the clergy of the diocese. The curricula vitae of many of them are found in different sources, are incomplete or unknown. This stipulates the relevance of the study. The author recreates the list of the journal editors and fills in the gaps in the study of the periodical press of the pre-revolutionary Russian province.
