Abstract. The article discusses the associative field of the lexeme "migrant". The given results of the diagnostics of the level of tolerance among the students of middle and senior classes of a secondary school, their interpretation allow us to make conclusions how the feeling of intolerance grows and develops among adolescents, despite the component of moral education in the system of each educational institution.
