MONITORING OF THE PROGRAM REALIZATION OF LANGUAGE TRAINING IN A HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract. In the article the author presents a program of students’ language training oriented on the innovative development of the higher education establishment, and considers a new approach to the assessment of efficiency of foreign languages teaching taking into account the long-term method of technical education which forms the motivation for learning by building relations between the knowledge and its use.
