THE PECULIARITIES OF REALIZATION OF TRANSLATION TRANSFORMATIONS IN VARIOUS TEXT STRUCTURES (BY THE EXAMPLE OF MODERN AMERICAN FICTION)

Abstract. In the article the peculiarities of realization of translation transformations in all types of text structures by the example of text fragments of modern American artistic discourse are analyzed. As the result of the research it has been revealed that in all text structures the meaningful transformations are mostly used. Thus, in the narrative text structure the situational-semantic transformations prevail, while for the descriptive text structure the use of redistribution of the content is typical. The dominant type of transformations in the explicative text structure is the explication and straightening of the content and in the argumentative one is the antonymic translation.
