WATER ORIGIN IN THE GERMAN SPACE (BY THE MATERIAL OF SASHA CHORNY’S POETRY)

Abstract. The article considers the images of the water element in the marked with the Germanness space in Sasha Chorny’s poems, which were written by the poet in the period both before and during the emigration. The images of the river, sea, rain and fog in the artist’s creative work are inspired with a distinct melancholic, oneiric origin associated with the motifs of darkness, loneliness, despair, death, and abyss. The mortal images prevail over the light ones, and from the perspective of the author of this article it is conditioned by the position of the lyrical hero of the works who is "alien" in relation to the German space.
