Abstract. The article is devoted to the features of artistic and publicistic works by A. Emelyanov. It reveals the artistic world of author’s publicistic works, analyzes the creative personality and the foundation of writer’s creative searches, and considers the issues of search and finding of a new hero-type, creating the category of time.
