Abstract. The article aims to analyze the conception of love in M. Voloshin’s creative work. The evolution of this conception is investigated by the material of the critical essays and poetry of the 1907-1920s. The author mentions the influence of V. Solovyov’s and V. Ivanov’s ideas on the development of love conception and its creative potential. Studying this aspect is one of the key ones while discovering Voloshin’s philosophical and esthetic attitudes.
