HIERARCHY AND INTERACTION OF LINGUISTIC FACTORS IN FORMATION OF NOUN MULTI-COMPONENT PHRASE IN THE MODERN FRENCH LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article examines lexical-grammatical, stylistic, phonetic factors participating in the formation of the multi-component noun phrase in the modern French language. The authors think that word order in the multi-component noun phrase is determined by its own rules different from the rules of the noun phrase with one adjective. The paper analyses the issue of the combinatorics of adjectives in the multi-component noun phrase, the influence of the combinatory power of adjectives on their position is ascertained. The assessment of lexical factor and its role in the formation of the multi-component noun phrase is given.
