ON THE CATEGORIES OF MORPHOLOGICAL AND SYNTACTIC TENSE (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE TEXTS OF RELIGIOUS STYLE)

Abstract. The article examines the specifics of the realization of the categories of morphological and syntactic tense in religious texts. The category of tense is one of the most ancient and complicated in the language, its representation in the text is associated with a number of peculiarities because the linguistic category of tense can be represented by different means: lexical, morphological and syntactical.
