STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF VOICE MESSAGES VERBS IN SENTENCES WITH DIRECT AND INDIRECT SPEECH (BY THE MATERIAL OF MEDIA TEXTS)

Abstract. The verbs of speaking are the verbs that convey the general notion of speech activity. This article is devoted to the analysis of the verbs of speaking, included in the lexical-semantic group of verbal communication verbs with the base verb "to report", using the statistical methods. The author considers the frequency of using the verbal vocabulary in sentences with direct and indirect speech, posted on the website of the Russian national corpus.
