THE NOTION "THING" AS AN OBJECT OF SEMIOTIC SYSTEM

Abstract. In the article the author focuses on the consideration of the specificity of language nomination of a thing like a cultural and creative act (the theory of Roland Barthes) and the description of the ways of interaction between a human being and a thing as a sign of dehumanized culture (the theory of Jean Baudrillard). In this regard the notion "thing" is updated structurally in the context of the dynamic semiotic system, therefore it is characterized ambiguously.
