Abstract. The article examines the problem of linguistic interference in the training of the future teachers. The author analyzes and explains the reasons for interference at the different levels of the language, touches on the implicit and explicit types of interference, introduces the means to overcome them on the basis of the analysis of asymmetry of the language systems.
