FEATURES OF DISCOURSE SEMANTICS IN COMMUNICATION "DOCTOR-PATIENT"

Abstract. The article considers the question of the impact of a semantic component of professional medical vocabulary on the perception of a clinical situation by the patient during interaction "doctor-patient". By the example of the diagnosis of "Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder" (ADHD), the authors show how the difference in the discourses of interlocutors may reduce the compliance.
