THE AMPLITUDE OF HISTORICAL WAY OF RUSSIA THROUGH THE LENSES OF THE TRANSFORMED CONCEPTS "GOD’S TRUTH" AND "ONE’S OWN TRUTH" BASED ON THE NOVEL BY ZAKHAR PLILEPIN "ABODE"

Abstract. The article analyses a literary-axiological content of the novel by Zakhar Prilepin "Abode" (2015), key and base symbolic oppositions "Truth" and "one’s own truth" and their variants: "sacredness - sacrilege"; "love - hatred", "freedom (volition) - slavery", "paradise - hell", "holy site - pitfall" and etc. are revealed, which form motives in a literary text, revealing the intention of the author-narrator. The central idea of the novel is disclosed: Russia has deviated from the traditional Orthodox historical way of development, having forgotten the original meanings of the notions of spiritual sphere as a result of their ideological manipulation.
