THE IMAGE OF VOSCHEV IN A. PLATONOV’S NOVEL "THE FOUNDATION PIT" (PREDICAIVE ANALYSIS)

Abstract. In the article the predicative analysis of the image of one of the protagonists of the novel by Alexander Platonov "The Foundation Pit" is presented. In the study the author uses her method of predicate analysis applied for the character’s description. The research allows identifying the peculiarities of the image of Voschev. Thus, the character is quite active, he moves a lot in the space, as well as interacts with objects, living creatures and people. This hero is characterized by emotional states and by the difficulties of thought processes.
