LINGUO-LEGAL SPACE OF A CONTEMPORARY PUBLIC DISCOURSE: A LINGUO-PRAGMATIC APPROACH

Abstract. The article is devoted to the manipulative communication as one of the problems of a contemporary public discourse. The most typical manipulative techniques are enumerated. The manipulation may be classified as a breach of ethic norms, thus the use of manipulative techniques may refer to problems, which must be solved in the framework of a legal environment. The term "manipulation" has a negative pragmatics.
