DIFFICULTIES OF REPRESENTATION OF PHRASEOLOGICAL SIMILES IN A BILINGUAL DICTIONARY (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE GERMAN LANGUAGE)

Abstract. In the article the author considers the problems of representation in a dictionary entry of the data which have been received during the analysis of the German phraseological similes use in a text corpus but have not been fixed in lexicographical sources yet, discusses the difficulties of the description of comparative phraseological units variation (distinction of usual and occasional variants, choice of lemma) and the differences in the use of phraseological similes of two languages which are stated traditionally in a dictionary as equivalents.
