Abstract. The article examines the novel by the American writer-humanist of the XX century R. Bradbury "Dandelion Wine" in the context of implementing the conception of child’s consciousness. The theme of childhood is one of the key ones for Bradbury, playing an important role in the formation of his philosophical and aesthetic attitude. In the novel "Dandelion Wine" an image of child’s perception of a world becomes a central subject, a basic organizing principle of poetics and ideological dominant, which allows considering this work of literature as a highest representation of a childhood theme in the writer’s creative work.
