TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN THE LIGHT OF REALIZATION OF ALL-EUROPEAN CONCEPTION OF MULTILINGUALISM

Abstract. The article considers the practical realization of the conception of multilingualism in accordance with the developed All-European foreign language competences. The special attention is paid to the role of educational social networks as the additional sources of communication in the absence of direct communication with the native speakers.
