ON THE QUESTION OF LINGUISTIC ASPECT OF EXPERTISE ON THE CASES OF OFFENSE

Abstract. The article reflects the linguistic aspect of the expertise on cases of offence and shows possible directions (perspectives) of court linguistic expertise development in Russia. In the work the author focuses on the analysis of linguistic indicators of offence in the English and Russian languages. The diagram in the article is a reflection of the relevance of pejorative units according to the degree of "offensiveness" for national consciousness.
