ON THE PROBLEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE TATAR LANGUAGE AS ONE OF THE AREAS OF DEVELOPING TATAR PEDAGOGICAL THOUGHT OF THE END OF THE XX - BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY

Abstract. The article examines the pedagogical aspects and issues of organizing the education in the Tatar language in the higher schools of the Republic of Tatarstan in the period of 1990-2005. The author tries to identify the specifics of the development of the system of higher education in the Tatar language; she touches on the problems of creating the conceptual basics of higher education in the Tatar language and complete terminological basis and also the issues of supplying the higher schools with guides and manuals in the Tatar language.
