ON DESCRIPTION OF THE ENGLISH SUBLANGUAGE OF LAW OF TORTS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the description of the English sublanguage of Law of Torts. The special vocabulary of Law of Torts and its sublanguage that is necessary to choose right terms when business communicatiing is elicited and specified. The study of semantic and functional divergences and convergences of words based on a survey of their dictionary definitions and contextual usages allows identifying and describing wrongful acts being under several jurisdictions.
