THE ROLE OF SOMATIC COMPONENTS ГОЛОВА / ВУЙ / HEAD IN THE FORMATION OF THEMATIC GROUPS OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE RUSSIAN, MARI AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES)

Abstract. In the article the phraseological units with the components голова/вуй/head of the Russian, Mari and English languages are considered. In the process of the comparative study the participation of the pivotal somatic component in the formation of the internal form of phraseological units of the languages of different structure is analyzed and different ways of manifestation of parametric meanings within the scope of somatism polysemy are ascertained. Within the framework of thematic-ideographical approach the phraseological units are classified by groups with consideration of the semantics commonality.
