PRECEDENT TEXTS AS AN INDICATOR OF JOURNALIST'S COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

Abstract. In the article such means of creating a linguistic game in the modern published discourse as precedent texts are considered. The author supposes that the stated units can reflect the journalist's level of communicative competence maturity and shows this by the example of precedent texts taken from the articles of the particular Astrakhan journalist. Special attention is drawn to the journalist's abilities within the scope of his published works to stick to various components of communicative competence.
