Abstract. The article is dedicated to investigating a new type of character and new, transformed by wars and revolutions, world perception in the creative works of Sigizmund Krzhizhanovsky, Aleksandr Grin and Konstantin Vaginov in myphopoetic aspect. The basic task includes the analysis of a new type of character-artist and its meaning for the formation of author’s original myth in the writers’ creative works. Originated at the turn of the century myth about new human being - artist is artistically transformed in their creations.
