REFLECTION OF FEMININE MENTALITY IN RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH PAROEMIAS OF SEMANTIC GROUP "FAMILY RELATIONS" AS ILLUSTRATION OF NATIONAL CHARACTER

Abstract. The article considers the reflection of feminine mentality in the Russian and English paroemias. The comparative analysis of proverbs of the semantic group "Family Relations" allows indicating the universal and specific features of national character of the both nations. The work also emphasizes attention on the differentiation between the concepts of "mentality", "mental setup" and "national character".
