"DENSITY" OF L. M. LEONOV’S WORKS LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article is devoted to researching the language and style of L. M. Leonov’s creative heritage. On the basis of the conducted analysis of different years’ works the author reveals the features of using aphorisms, which disclose the content of volumetric phrases in brief, phraseological units used for the heroes’ characters disclosure, periphrasis as a means of original images creation and the graphic emphasis of words that shows the important parts of the text.
