TARAS SHEVCHENKO’S PERSONALITY IN WORKS BY OLENA PCHILKA

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of T. Shevchenko’s personality influence on the formation of Olena Pchilka’s world-view positions and creative works. It is established that the poetic and prose works by Olena Pchilka and her social activity show the writer’s desire for the implementation of T. Shevchenko’s main ideas, who was her spiritual teacher, ideological leader, the example of the person struggling for the national revival of the Ukrainian people and also popularize the great writer’s works and stimulate to honour his personality.
