"WAVES" ARTISTIC CONCEPT REPRESENTATION IN NOVEL "THE WAVES" BY V. WOOLF

Abstract. In the article the problem of the notions "artistic image" and "artistic concept" correlation is considered, artistic concept main characteristics are revealed, and the analysis of its representation language means in the novel "The Waves" by V. Woolf is conducted. This artistic concept is researched from the positions of language concept interpretation in the author’s consciousness in the creative process of literary work making. The author of the article presents artistic concept as the result of language concept multilevel metaphorization.
