TRANSFORMATION OF WORLD MODELLING OPPORTUNITIES OF RIDDLE MODERN GENRE

Abstract. The article reveals the originality of world modelling function of riddle genre, actualized in traditional and modern folklore by the material of genre of riddle. The basic properties of folk picture of the world are its traditional and semiotic character, value orientation. While maintaining the overall trends of world modelling opportunities of riddle the modern texts demonstrate certain transformations in the actualized images and worldview of modern folk group.
