ETHICAL CONFLICT OF THE CHARACTERS IN THE NOVEL BY AKHSAN BAYANOV "FLAME AND WATER"

Abstract. The article examines the novel of one of the major figures of the Tatar literature of the second half of the XX century Akhsan Bayanov "Flame and Water" where the author focuses on ecological problem which is particularly relevant in the epoch of industrial and technological development. The paper shows that development of characters in Bayanov’s creative work is realized in the philosophical aspect.
