LANGUAGE AND SPEECH: DATABASE AND INFORMATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the consideration of a language as an information system. The research shows that language is a database that contains the initial information about the world in a formalized and encrypted form. The main qualities of a language are information nature and informative content that allow storing and transmitting information taking into account the observance of relations between linguistic units and the algorithms of their integration. Data are transmitted via the meaningful informative statement.
