MOTIF OF OVERCOMING PASSION IN CYCLE "COMEDIAN" BY MARINA TSVETAEVA (PART II)

Abstract. The article analyzes the poetic cycle of Marina Tsvetaeva "Comedian". The author pays special attention to the fact that the lyrical heroine overcomes sinful passion and becomes again the Poet-Psyche, Soul, facing the Conscience. The novelty of this study is that the cycle "Comedian" is considered and analyzed as a single text, and not as a series of separate poems, united by a common theme.
