ON THE ROLE OF KEY COMPETENCES IN THE TRAINING OF BACHELORS - FUTURE TUTORS AND TEACHERS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN THE MULTINATIONAL RUSSIA

Abstract. The article touches on the problems related to the identification and formation of key competences of the bachelors - future tutors and teachers of foreign languages. The paper presents different viewpoints on their structure, introduces key competences testifying the development considering the ethnocultural specifics of a many-sided personality of a teacher prepared for teaching a foreign language as a means for cross-cultural communication in the context of dialogue of cultures.
