CRYING AND ITS DESCRIPTION WITHIN ABNORMAL COMMUNICATION LIMITS

Abstract. The article is devoted to one of nonverbal communication elements – crying. Its main characteristics, functions and appearance reasons in communication process are revealed. This phenomenon is considered in abnormal communication context. The language descriptions of this phenomenon are selected, the linguo-statistical analysis is conducted in the course of the research. Special attention is paid to the images used in comparative constructions with the verbs "to cry", "to weep", "to howl".
