ON MONITORING OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE SOPHISTICATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT GRADUATE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the search for the effective means of monitoring the level of higher education establishment students’ foreign language communicative competence sophistication. Particular attention is paid to the definition of the objects of monitoring, the achievement of its objectivity. The international experience of determining the level of foreign language proficiency, in particular, the examination system Cambridge ESOL, is generalized.
