ORGANIZATION AND SELF-ORGANIZATION OF LANGUAGE SYSTEM AS MECHANISMS FOR ITS OPTIMIZATION

Abstract. The author considers the process of language system optimization. The study shows that language internal optimization is implemented at the expense of the mechanism of language system self-organization and the external one – through the mechanism of language space organization by people who share it. Language optimization makes it a universal, but mobile system that meets the needs of both socium and the individual. Optimization as the interaction of subjective and objective language systems activates the mechanisms of their development.
